If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Eligible voluntary returns must generally be requested within 3 calendar days of delivery.

An eligible voluntary return is subject to a 20% deduction from the amount paid for the returned product.

This policy does not limit or exclude any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Use of Fragrance Products

VÉROULA products should be used only as intended and in accordance with the product packaging and applicable instructions or warnings.

Do not ingest fragrance products.

Keep fragrance products away from children.

If you experience irritation, discomfort or an adverse reaction after using a product, discontinue use immediately and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.

Customers are responsible for reading applicable product labels and warnings before use.
